All our surveyors carry official HomeSave North West identification badges and will be wearing them upon arrival at your home. To check the authenticity of the ID badge - check to see if it has a bar code. this can be scanned on you mobile phone and it will direct you to this page. We understand that welcoming someone new into your home can feel daunting. If you would like additional reassurance that the surveyor is genuinely from HomeSave North West, you may request a password verification when booking your survey.

When the surveyor arrives, you can ask them to confirm this password. Each password is securely shared with the surveyor before their visit to ensure your peace of mind.
